We designed and implemented the end-to-end automation of data collection and consolidation to deliver a detailed, bi-annual performance review for a large South African retailer across Google Ads Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and App campaigns, alongside Meta and TikTok. Disparate platform data was unified into a single automated reporting layer, removing manual exports and reconciliation while ensuring consistent definitions across channels. The resulting report surfaced cross-platform insights on revenue contribution, incrementality, creative and audience performance, and budget efficiency, giving stakeholders a clear, comparable view of what was driving growth and what was wasting spend.
