Jade is the CEO of Helix Growth and the lead consultant driving client strategy and outcomes. She works hands-on with brands to design the data and growth systems that make marketing perform. Jade also leads the consultancy’s vision, standards, and team.
Her focus includes:

- Activation and optimisation, translating insights into audiences, bidding inputs, experimentation, and smarter campaigns
- Building strong teams and capability, including in-housing, training, and operating models that scale

With 10+ years of experience in leading analytics, data, technology and media teams in top global agencies, Jade has grown up in the digital marketing industry. She brings deep experience across performance marketing, analytics, and customer-led growth. She’s known for cutting through noise, finding the real levers, and turning data into action that moves revenue.
Jordan Arenstein, Head of Engineering
Jordan is the technical brain behind Helix Growth. Jordan and his team build the infrastructure that makes data usable and reliable, so strategy has something solid to stand on.
His focus includes:
